Dear Rotary Family,

I, on behalf of the Organising Committee, thank all the participants and their
families (RC Sunrise,RC Jubilee Hills,RC Hyd-Metro,RC Hyd-Midtown,RC Ameerpet) who were present on 3rd Jun 2007 at SCF grounds (Masab Tank)  to take part in the above fellowship for their vibrance and enthusiasm and also the families of Rotary Club of Centenneil and Rotary Club Of Hyderabad who could not reach the venue on time due heavy rains.

It was wonderful and exhilirating to see the  excitement  of Anns/Annetes in exihibiting their cricketing skills during the progress of the first game( Rotary Blues vs Rotary Reds)which was cut short at crucial juncture by the heavy gale and rain, just as Rotary Reds were turning the heat on while chasing the target set by Rotary Blues.

Inspite of the games being affected by bad weather, the families present had a gala fellowship inspired by humurous, musical and absorbing thoughts on cricket by the veteran(78 years old) cricketing Rotarian from RC Jubilee Hills Rtn.TV BALAN and his wife Mrs. Sita Balan.Their patience and enthusiasm to be part of the entire programme inspite of illness is greatly commendable.Rtn.Suresh Vellore ( Leader of Twin Cities Rotary Presidents Forum) and his wife joined Mr.and Mrs. Balan in distributing the prizes and mementoes.

In acknowledging the enthusiasm of the participants, all of them were given prizes ( sponsored by Rtn.Vaman Rao of RC Sunrise and M/S Eximcac )  and several budding Annetes were gifted cricket bats ( sponsored by Rtn.JS Patel of RC Ameerpet). The Rotary families, who were present, were treated to a sumptous refreshments/ dinner ( sponsored by Rtn.Narender Gowri of RC Sunrise and  M/S EPE ).Rotarians Shravan Malani, Rtn.Srinivas Gummidilli,Rtn.Sreedhar (all of RC Sunrise) were the active co-ordinators who fashioned the enjoyable fellowship.

We hope to further encash on the medium  of  this passionate game( in co-ordination with IFCR )  in spreading recreational fellowship and friendship amongst the Rotary families of RI Dist 3150.

Looking forward to more active participation of all the clubs in our future endeavours.

Yours in service of Rotary,
With Best Regards,
Chairman ( Recreational and Vocational Fellowships),
Secretary IFCR 3150
